1. When installing the wire of gantry crane, the wire pipe can be fixed by electric welding.
2. The gantry crane shall use straight pipe joints to connect the wire pipes, and the straight pipe joints between the pipe groups shall be staggered. The straight pipe joint of the crane used in the open air shall be sealed by filling the gap with hemp and dissolved lead.
3. The outlet port of the wire of the gantry crane should be lined with wooden casing or rubber. The crane used in the open environment should be sealed with asphalt and the pipe orifice should be bent downward. If possible, insert the wire pipe into the incoming hole of the equipment. The outlet hole of the operation room should be opened on the side plate, not on the top.
4. The bending radius of the pipe of the gantry crane shall be greater than or equal to five times the diameter of the pipe, and all bending degrees shall be greater than or equal to 90 degrees.
5. When all wires of the gantry crane are laid, the insulation performance of the whole circuit should be measured with a megger to ensure that the three-phase insulation resistance exceeds the specified standard, and the insulation resistance values have little difference.
