The signals shall be correct and clear, and the safety conditions of all parts shall be closely observed. In case of any abnormality, the operation shall be stopped in time. There shall be obvious signs on the beam erection site, and personnel irrelevant to the work are strictly forbidden to enter.
2. If the rail track is used, the limit devices shall be set on both sides of the rail, and the integrity of the devices shall be checked frequently.
3. In case of abnormal operation of the pulley, stop the operation immediately and check it. The steel wire rope should be checked every day.
4. As the "Overpass" for workers to walk during beam erection, strict and standardized protective railings should be set to ensure construction safety.
5. Strengthen the maintenance of hoisting equipment. All hoisting and transportation tools and equipment should be comprehensively overhauled before use, especially the heavy hoisting machinery, which can only be used after passing the load test and acceptance by the relevant departments, and under the unified command. During the use of the beam erecting machine, it should be checked and confirmed regularly. It is strictly forbidden to use beyond the scope and work with diseases.
6. When laying the transition track, the transverse slope should be horizontal, the longitudinal slope should not exceed 3%, and the sleeper distance should ensure safety.
7. A special person shall be assigned to clean the walkway and the site shall be flat for beam lifting operation; Operate the beam lifting machine in strict accordance with the safety operation procedures to achieve four points synchronization and smooth driving.
8. The beam transportation channel shall meet the requirements of beam transportation and erection load The beam shall be transported in strict accordance with the speed of 3~5km/h, and anti-collision measures shall be taken. The safe distance between the high-voltage transmission line and the bridge erecting machine shall meet the requirements when the beam carrier is running under the high-voltage transmission line or the bridge erecting machine is washing and erecting the bridge on the high-voltage transmission line.
9. During the erection of precast beams, other construction operations shall be stopped on the beam transportation channel, and other vehicles are prohibited. The operation markings, signs and warning signs of the beam transport vehicle shall be set on the beam transport channel.
10. When laying and erecting on the bridge, vehicles, boats and pedestrians are strictly forbidden to pass under the bridge, and corresponding safety prohibition signs are set up, and special personnel are assigned to patrol.
11. At night, when there is a strong wind of force 6 or above, it is forbidden to erect beams, or to erect beams. Safety voltage shall be used for lighting at night.
