How to maintain the beam carrier during bridge erection

In the construction of bridge engineering, many equipment are used, such as cranes, bridge erecting machines, beam carriers, etc. the construction of a bridge can not be completed in a short time. Workers need to rest during construction. Similarly, the equipment used in construction also needs to be repaired and maintained. Take the beam carrier as an example. Let's see how to repair and maintain the beam carrier.

1. Use of hydraulic oil

To ensure the correct operation of the hydraulic equipment of the beam carrier, the premise is to use appropriate hydraulic oil. The function of hydraulic oil is not only to transmit static pressure, but also to lubricate all moving parts in hydraulic equipment.

2. Drive oil inspection

The temperature of oil in the oil tank shall not be lower than -2 ℃. When the vehicle is working, the temperature in the hydraulic circulation circuit shall not be lower than + 15 ℃ and not higher than + 85 ℃, and the vehicle shall be "warmed up" before use. At this time, the speed of the diesel engine is between 800 R / min and 1000 R / min until the system is preheated to about + 20 ℃.

Always check the oil level in the hydraulic oil tank. In hot working conditions and completely lowered vehicles, the oil level should always be 100mm below the oil tank cover. If the vehicle is used in areas with mild climate, it must use anti-wear hydraulic oil with viscosity grade 46 conforming to ISO standard 3448.

3. Engine oil replacement

When the beam carrier starts the unit, the oil temperature in the oil tank shall not be lower than - 17 ℃. When the vehicle is running, the oil temperature in the hydraulic circuit shall not be less than -20 ℃ and not more than + 60 ℃. If the temperature outside the vehicle is very low, it is recommended to warm up the hydraulic unit first. For this, the speed of the diesel engine must be between 900 R / min and 2100 R / min. heat the system to about + 15 C. analyze the hydraulic oil at least once every 1000 hours or 50000 km, and replace it if necessary. When draining the hydraulic oil, the vehicle must be completely lowered so that the hydraulic oil flows from the support cylinder to the oil tank.

4. Hydraulic system inspection

The hydraulic unit must be carefully tested during the initial operation. All pipe and hose connections must be rechecked and sealed. The hydraulic device shall be operated at least once every two weeks to 30 ℃ ~40 ℃, so as to avoid the sedimentation and solidification of hydraulic oil in the system. At the same time, check whether the hydraulic oil has lotion discoloration. In this case, it should be regenerated in the factory and replaced if necessary.

5. Hose replacement inspection

After working for two years, the hydraulic hose must be checked for aging and replaced if necessary to ensure safety. Always check whether the hose is damaged, especially the hose of steering, support and braking system. Worn hydraulic hoses are replaced during warranty service. For hose damage caused by incorrect installation in the factory, the hose will be replaced free of charge.

6. Regularly lubricate the hydraulic cylinder

In order to improve the service life of the hydraulic cylinder, it must be lubricated regularly. Especially when the air contains corrosive components, it is more necessary to carry out; At the same time, if the vehicle is parked for a long time, the vehicle should be completely lowered under no-load condition to unload the hydraulic device and protect the plunger rod.

7. Filter element replacement

An oil suction filter is installed in front of the oil pump of the engine hydraulic unit, and a magnetic core is installed on it. The oil absorption filter element can be cleaned once or twice with gasoline and fine brush, and then it must be replaced. When replacing the filter element, note that the fineness of the oil suction filter element and the pressure filter element are different, so it cannot be replaced by mistake.
