A comprehensive inspection should be carried out before packaging, and the adhesion of the paint film should meet the requirements of relevant standards.
4. After derusting the surface of gantry crane, the correct paint shall be applied to the surface to be painted within 4 hours.
5. The painted surface of gantry crane must have uniform paint film, no bottom exposure, no pinholes, no wrinkles, no missing coating, no cracks, etc.
6. The paint film of the paint shall reach the specified film thickness.
7. The painting color of the gantry crane shall meet the requirements of the technical agreement, and the defective parts shall be repaired to eliminate scars, etc.
8. The paint shall be prepared in strict accordance with the proportion of paint characteristics, and the coating operation shall be carried out in accordance with its mature process requirements.
