1. The middle position of the plant shall be selected for assembly and hoisting according to the plant equipment layout.
2. When assembling the crane of the bridge crane, the overall dimensions of each part shall be re measured and the main parts shall be checked. If deformation, out of tolerance and other defects are found and cannot be handled, they shall be reported to the personnel of the construction unit and assisted in handling.
3. The temporary track for assembling the vehicle body shall be laid in advance. The temporary track is about 300mm high, with a gauge of 13.5m and well leveled.
4. After the beams at both ends are connected and fixed with the crane beam, measure the diagonal of the crane to see whether it is equal. In addition, measure the center distance between the two wheels of the crane and trolley and the gauge of the trolley on the crane to make it reach the specified value.
5. After the crane of the bridge crane is assembled, the handrail and trolley slide line can be installed, and the flatness of the handrail and trolley slide line can be checked. If there is any bending, it should be straightened first.
6. After the upper stop of the bridge crane rail is installed, the up travel limiter should be installed, and the distance between the limiter and the stop position is 1.5m.
