1. Unreasonable structure of bridge erecting machine

Combined with the open-air working environment and more working procedures, daily wear and tear will be very serious. 3. Improper operation of construction personnel

Improper operation of construction personnel is an important factor in the overturning of bridge erecting machine. If the engineering construction personnel build the subgrade in strict accordance with the standard of subgrade construction, strictly inspect and reduce the hidden dangers of equipment. In the two stages with high probability of safety accidents during beam erection, such as through-hole and side beam erection, if the construction personnel operate completely according to the work specifications, the probability of overturning accident will be greatly reduced.

4. Unqualified construction foundation quality

The unqualified quality of subgrade is also one of the important reasons for the overturning of bridge erecting machine. If there is a section between the construction abutment and the filling at the bridge head that is not compacted, it is usually a place with more potential safety hazards. The selection of the line has not been scientifically investigated. In case of curve sections and uneven slopes, plus the super elevation of the outer rail of the bridge erecting machine, the fuselage will tilt and cause overturning accidents.
